New property sales continue to decline. To deal with this, promoters have decided to launch several discounts with offers that interest customers.
A discount of 5,000 euros per piece, free notary fees, a trip to Dubai to win… This fall, promoters are offering events everywhere. In Alsace, a worker who was met by the France 2 teams received a voucher for 2,000 euros from a kitchen designer to buy an apartment. “Without an offer, I wouldn’t be able to afford to buy the apartment. And therefore have a better kitchen”he says.
Benefits over several years
In Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), the offer is even more attractive: a transfer of 500 euros per month for four years. Without this discount, the business manager interviewed by 20 Heures would not be able to become an owner, as the loan rate continues to rise. Father’s monthly payments would be too high. “I think that reassured the banker that I had spoken to him about the offer. It was never time to buy a new apartment.” explains.
